From eqn 2, solve for varibale "x"

x = 1 + 4y ------- eqn 3

Substitute eqn 3 in eqn 1

6(1 + 4y) - 4y = -15

6 + 24y - 4y = -15

Combine the like terms

6 + 20y = -15

20y = -15 - 6

20y = -21

`y = (-21)/(20)`

Substitute the above value of "y" in eqn 3
