Answer: y=-2x+7

Explanation:

First we need to find the slope. We can do this by appling the formula (y2-y1)/(x2-x1).

(3-(-1))/(2-4)=4/-2=-2

Now that we have the slope, we can use the slope and a coordinate point and plug it into point-slope form.

y-3=-2(x-2)

y-3=-2x+4 Isolate y for slope-intercept form.

y=-2x+7
