The given expressions are
(x^(4))/(3)-6,2 x^(4)+12 x+4, x^(3)+4 x \text { and } (3)/(x^(4))-6 x^(3).

The polynomial is in the form of
a x^(2)+b x+c.

(x^(4))/(3)-6 in this expression, x is in the numerator. So, it is a polynomial.

2 x^(4)+12 x+4, it is a polynomial.

x^(3)+4 x, it is a polynomial.

(3)/(x^(4))-6 x^(3) in this expression, x is in the denominator. but, x cannot be in the denominator.

So,
(3)/(x^(4))-6 x^(3) is not a polynomial.
