We know two neon lights blink every 6 seconds and 8 seconds respectively. It means they coincide every 24 seconds. Thus it's only a matter of know how many times we can count 24 seconds in 300 seconds. We can easily find it by dividing 300/24=12.5

So both lights will blink at the same time 12 times in 3 minutes
