Explanation: Physical activity such as exercise is recommended for both people with disabilities and those without disabilities. It is a known fact that people with disabilities are more likely to be Obese due to the reduced exercise and physical activity which they engage in. It is recommended that a person partake in rigorous exercise for a minimum of about 75mins a week,this is to ensure healthy living and good body weight and size.
