y = 9/2 x -4

Explanation:

slope is m = change in y over the change in X

-4-5/0-2 = m

9/2 = m

so now that you have your slope you can use this formula

y - 5 = 9/2 (x -2)

get this in y = mx + b format

y = 9/2 x - 4
