Divide both sides by 300


e^(-0.2t)=(700)/(300)


e^(-0.2t)=(7)/(3)

take ln on both sides


ln e^(-0.2t)=ln (7)/(3)


-0.2t ln e=ln(7)/(3)


-0.2t=ln(7)/(3)

divide both sides by =0.2


t=-5ln(7)/(3)
