Answer:
e^(6) .

Explanation:

According to the division property of exponents :
(a^m)/(a^n)=a^(m-n)

For example :
(4^(5))/(4^(2))=4^(5-2)=4^3

Let's take one more example ,
(5^(2))/(5^(3))=5^(2-3)=5^(-1)=(1)/(5)

The given expression :
(e^2)/(e^(-4))

By division property of exponents , this will become

(e^2)/(e^(-4))=e^(2-(-4))

=e^(2+4)=e^(6) [Since (-)(-)=(+)]

Therefore , the required simplified expression would be
e^(6) .
