In order to strict the certain server to have same IP address unless you change it yourself, disable the DHCP and set the printer to static IP address.

Step-by-step explanation:

As long as the printer is connected to DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol) server it will be provided an IP address randomly from the pool. This IP address may change after specific intervals when given IP gets expire.

So in order to avoid this we will have to disable the DHCP option and set the static IP present in the Web Management Console or manually from on-board menu panel.
