v=(d)/(t)

t is time, and we clear for time:


t=(d)/(v)

thus, if the object travels a distance of 38 miles, at a velocity of 2m/h, the time it takes is:

For the second question we do the same, the difference is that now we have a distance of 198km at a velocity of 36km/h, the time must be:
