1. 48 becuz 12 times 4 is 48. Ur mostly using like terms for all of these.
2. 20 becuz 12 plus 8 is 20
3. 4 becuz 7 minus 3 is 4
4. 8 becuz 5.3 plus 2.7 is 8
5. 75 becuz 1 times 75. So 75 divided by 5 is 15
6. 5 becuz 6 plus 14 is 20 and 20 divided by 4 is 5
7. -3 which is one solution
8. 8q - 12 = 8q -12 which is infinite solution

Answer:

Explanation:

12) z/4 = 12

z = 4 × 12 = 48

13) w - 8 = 12

w = 8 + 12 = 20

14) x + 7 = 3

x = 3 - 7 = - 4

15) 5.3 = z - 2.7

z = 5.3 + 2.7 = 8

16) p/5 = 15

p = 15 × 5 = 75

17) 4m - 6 = 14

4m = 14 + 6 = 20

m = 20/4 = 5

18) 6c + 3 = c - 12

6c - c = - 12 - 3

5c = - 15

c = - 15/5 = - 3

It has one solution

19) 4(2q - 3) = 8q - 12

8q - 12 = 8q - 12

8q - 8q = - 12 + 12

0 = 0

It has infinitely many solutions. Any value of x on the right hand side of the equation will satisfy the left hand side of the equation.
