Answer:

When the actual temperature is -14 degrees Celsius, the wind chill equivalent temperature would be -22.2 degrees Celsius.

When the actual temperature is 3 degrees Celsius, the wind chill equivalent temperature would be 0.6 degrees Celsius.

Explanation:

There is a + 1.2 pattern going right. So each time you increase the actual temperature by 1, you increase the wind chill equivalent temperature by 1.2
