Answer:

2(3x-4y)(2x-7y)

Explanation:

We want to factorize
12x^2-58xy+56y^2 completely.

We first of all factor the GCF which is 2 to get:

2(6x^2-29xy+28y^2)

We split the middle term to get;
2(6x^2-8xy-21xy+28y^2)

We factor the terms in the parenthesis by grouping.

2[2x(3x-4y)-7y(3x-4y)]

We factor further to get:
2(3x-4y)(2x-7y)
