Answer:

Table:

(x,y)

(-6,-15)

(-3,-6)

(0,3)

(3,12)

Explanation:

If the function rule is y = 3x + 3, for each x value, we fill it into the formula.

(Tip: when I put x when solving I mean multiply)
1. -6

Fill in: y = (3) -6 + 3

Solve:

multiply: 3 x -6 = -18

add: -18 + 3 = - 15

Table way: (x,y) = (-6,-15)

2. -3

Fill in: y = (3) -3 + 3

Solve:

multiply: 3 x -3 = -9

add: -9 + 3 = -6

Table way: (x,y) = (-3,-6)

3. 0

Fill in: y = (3) 0 + 3

Solve:

multiply: 3 x 0 = 0

add: 0 + 3 = 3

Table way: (x,y) = (0,3)

4. 3

Fill in: y = (3) 3 + 3

Solve:

Multiply: 3 x 3 = 9

add: 9 + 3 = 12

Table way: (x,y) = (3,12)
