Hitler began his career after ww1 as an orator. He started getting famous for antisemitism-hate speech against Jews. He talked about how the Jews took all the jobs from Germans and how they’re ruining Germany and the rest of the world. Hitler’s party was based on fascist ones in Italy. The Nazi party was antisemi and anticommunistic, so Hitler basically gathered all people who had same hatred towards certain things and put them in one party. Also, before his family changed their last name to Hitler, their last name used to be Schicklgruber. Try saying “hail” to that name though.
