64 = 1 x 64, 2 x 32, 4 x 16, or 8 x 8. Factors of 64: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64. Prime

factorization: 64 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2, which can also be written 64 = 2⁶.

Since √64 = 8, a whole number, 64 is a perfect square
