Answer/Explanation:

A fundamental truth is one that stands to be important. In order for a system to work, there must be a central truth in the midst of it all. A lot of beliefs come to be once we have developed that truth. Reasonings, rather than excuses, come from a validity that we know deep in the center, whether it be our own or a whole web of systems.
