Answer:

Judiciary Act of 1789 is officially titled "An Act to Establish Judiciary Courts of the United States". It was signed into law by the President of the United States, George Washington in 1789. While the Supreme Court was established by the Constitution, federal government, through Congress, was responsible for creating lower courts, as needed. This act established the structure and jurisdiction of the courts. Also, the position of an attorney general was created with this Act. Even though, it had undergo changes through Amendments in the following years, it is still impactful and inact today.
