I believe the answer is three. One is obviously not true, therefore eliminating 4 as well. As for option 2, in the Constitution, one of the amendments in the Bill of Rights declares that just because a right may not be listed does not mean that it does not exist. That means that that option is not true either, leaving us with option 3.
