Should hawkers have permenent stalls debate against​

Street vendors should be allowed to exercise their economic rights, made explicit in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other normative frameworks at the international and national levels. Many constitutions guarantee the right to work and/or the right to carry on a trade or business, and street vending organizations have successfully argued in courts of law that governments cannot violate that right by banning street trade (see a recent verdict in the Supreme Court of India, 2009). Hopefully the right answer
