Multiply each senior by 4, junior by 3, and so on. You will get:

Senior - 800

Junior - 450

Sophomore - 400

Freshman - 150

This is the number of times each grade is in the drawing. Add them up, and you will get 1800.

To get the senior probability, you do 800/1800, which is simplified to 4/9.
