Fill in x=-2 and y=3z-3 into the first equation. -2-4(3z-3)-z=16. -2-12z+12-z=16. -13z+10=16. -13z=6. Z=-6/13. Then you fill in z into y=3z-3. 3(-6/13)-3. -18/13-3. -18/13-39/13. Y=-57/13. The answer is (-2,-57/13,-6/13).
