Study every day till the test or quiz for a total of five to ten minutes. Quizlet works great too for making flash cards to practice! I highly recommend it!

Try the Pomodoro method. It’s a method where you study for 25 mins and take a 5 min break afterwards. After 5 pomodoros, you can take a longer break. It doesn’t work for everyone...but give it a try
