which will deliver best to price to prominence

ryzen 4800u $370 15 watts

ryzen 4700u $320 15 watts

aslo ryzen 5 4600h run 6 cores with 8 threads but has hyper threading

and is also at 35 watts and is 200

please answer which is the best price to performance

ryzen 4800u is a good choice

The Ryzan 4800u is pretty good as it has more threads but in the scheme of things research the release dates core clocks and the thermals. I prefer intel but AMD requires more research in the topics I listed above.
