Explanation:

1) the difference between the coordinates before translation and after the translation is*: Δx=-5; Δy=+6, then

2) the rule of the translation is: (x-5;y+6).

* for example, the red dot. The difference for X is: -2-3=-5. The difference for Y is: 2--4=+6.
