= 48 + 4 b

48 + 4b meters costs rupees 2400

each meter costs rupees 30

so,

30 x (48 + 4b) = 2400

1440 + 120b = 2400

120b = 960

b = 8

the breadth is 8m, the length is 8 + 24 = 32m
