Look at the exponent in the denominator and the numerator.

The denominator has a power of 4, while the numerator only has a power of 3. Therefore the denominator will always be growing faster than the numerator, so at one point it'll be equal to zero. For example.

1/10 = .1

1/100 = .01

1/1000 = .001

1/100000 = .0001

....

1/100000000000000000000000000000000000000 ≈ 0

at this point we can just round that number to zero. As you can see, if the denominator is increasing infinitely faster than the numerator than you can just round the answer to 0
