Explanation:

I dont know about if the 4x have a exponent....it doesnt as I see. but do the division house thing. put 16xsquare+4x+3x-1 inside the house and 2x square plus 1 on the outside. Put 8 on top of the roof since 2x square times 8 equals 16x square and ur trying to get rid of the exponents. It would be 16x square+16x square. they cancel out. Multuply 8 times 1 which is positive 8 minus 1 which is 7. Bring down 4x+3x+7. You cant go further then that(Unless u want to do fractions which will be complicated as heck). So 4x+3×+7 as a remainder
