Answer: height=6, width=9 and height=15, width=22.5

Explanation:

If the rectangle has a height (
h) to width (
w) ratio of 3:4.5:

(h)/(w)=(3)/(4.5)=0.66

We can find other dimensions that fit this relation by multiplying the same number in the numerator as in the denominator.

For example:

If we multiply
(3)/(4.5) by
(2)/(2):

((3)/(4.5))((2)/(2))=(6)/(9)=0.66

As we can see
(6)/(9) gives ues the same result as
(3)/(4.5)

Another example:

If we multiply
(3)/(4.5) by
(5)/(5):

((3)/(4.5))((5)/(5))=(15)/(22.5)=0.66

As we can see
(15)/(22.5) gives ues the same result as
(3)/(4.5)
