A young boy is growing at a rate of 3.5 cm per month. He is currently 90 cm tall. At that rate, in how many will the boy grow to a height of 132 cm

Explanation:

first we find how many cm he has to get to the goal height

132 - 90= 42

then you take that number and divide it by cm per month

42 / 3.5= 12

it will take 12 months for him to get to 132 cm
