Answer: That HROs have a consistent efficiency with low adverse events

Explanation: high reliability organizations are organizations which have been know to perform at high efficiency, they are very consistent with effective performance hence they are called high reliability organizations. The instructor is trying to enhance the performance of the nursing students by asking them to follow the steps of the HROs. The nursing students should be consistent with high performance in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities, they should ensure that they efficiently attend to patients and other clients with low adverse results.
