Answer:A. procedural memory

Step-by-step explanation:

Procedural memory is our long term memory which plays a role in giving us the ability to understand how to perform certain tasks, this is also referred to as motor skills. It tells us how to perform particular procedures such as riding a bike , playing a piano , walking and talking. It happens unconsciously

We use our past experience to actual know what to do without taking time to think about how we need to go about doing that task , it just happens automatically with this memory.

It is important to develop skills like athletic skills and how we develop langauge effectively is also controlled by this part our memory .

Using this memory we can ice skate ,play baseball , drive a car , swim and climb stairs. To remember particular procedures on how to do even complex task is due to procedural memory.
