pounds that it weighs. Tabby is a cat that weighs 9. 75
pounds. How much medicine, rounded to the nearest hundredth of a milliliter, should Tabby receive?

0.59 ( i think)

Explanation:

2.5 pounds = 0.15 ml

9.75 pounds= Xml

cross multiply

2.5x= 9.75 × 0.15

2.5x= 1.4625

divide both sides by 2.5 to get X alone

2.5X/2.5= 1.4625/ 2.5

X= 0.585

NEAREST HUNDREDTH = 0.59

so tabby receives 0.59ml according to his weight which is 9.75pounds
