The judges are needed to be unbiased and impartial while exercising their powers.

Step-by-step explanation:

Us constitution is well known for its unbiased judicial system in which rule of law plays an important role. It regulates every person' conduct and gives everyone the same right. government' powers are split into three offices. The congress which creates the law, the executive office which executes the law and judiciary which interprets and applies the law while giving the judgments.

The judges must be impartial while ruling the verdicts. He must not think of the personal gains and must not be carried away by the prejudices, personal tastes and preferences. Impartial judges fairly and equally exercise the law and protect the rights of all the people. Judiciary also comes in to protect the religious freedom of the people.
