Write out your daily affirmation statement, a mantra by which you choose to live.

Set a goal to read the statement daily. Remember, even if you read it every other day or weekly, it’s better than not doing it at all. Your daily affirmation statement should set the tone for your day. It should include a few lines about what you will be and do today.

Keep these lines with you as much as you can. After you write out your daily affirmation statement, compare it with someone else’s, and see how they differ. Write out the differences, and what you like best about the other person's statement.

Today, I will accomplish xxx. This will help me xxx and xxx.

My mantra is different from person xxx because mine focuses on xxx goals. Also, the tone I set with my mantra is xxx to help me start a xxx day.

Let me know if you're still struggling!
