The radius of the circle above is 10 in. What is the circumference of the circle? (Use = 3.14. for π)

Circumference of Circle -->
2\pi r


  • \pi = 3.14
  • r: length of radius --> 10in

Now compute with the known information plugged into the equation

-->
2(3.14) * 10) = 6.28*10 = 62.8in^2

Thus the circumference of the circle is 62.8 square inches.
