Like viral std’s bacterial std’s often give out no warning or signs or symptoms which means you can get infected by a sexual partner without even knowing it. Which can cause serious complications which can cause damage that progress silently before you ever even recognized a symptoms. Anyhow bacterial and virus std’s are different in the way that bacterial std’s are caused by bacteria (not keeping yourself clean ) and viral std’s are caused by viruses .
