Answer:

The measurement of smaller angle is 60°

Explanation:

Given as :

The supplement of an angle is twice the measurement of the angle.

Let The measurement of smaller angle = s°

A supplement angle is those when the sum of two angles = 180°

Now, According to statement

s + 2 × s = 180°

Solving the equation

∵ s + 2 × s = 180°

Or, ( 1 + 2 ) × s = 180°

Or, 3 × s = 180°

∴ s =
(180^(\circ))/(3)

i.e s = 60°

So, The measurement of smaller angle = s = 60°

And The larger angle = 2 × s

i.e The larger angle = 2 × 60° = 120°

Hence, The measurement of smaller angle is 60° . Answer
