To solve this problem we will apply the concept related to density, which is defined as a scalar magnitude referred to the amount of mass in a given volume of a substance or a solid object. Mathematically it is expressed as

\rho = (m)/(V)

Here,

m = mass

V = Volume

The volume of a rectangular box will be

V = 10*5*2

V = 100cm^3 = 1*10^(-4)m^3

Water density is given under normal conditions such as
1000kg / m ^ 3

Therefore using the above formula and clearing for the dough we will have to

m = \rho V

m = (1000kg/m^3)(1*10^(-4)m^3)

m = 0.1Kg

Therefore there are 0.1Kg of water.
