The ratio of green marbles to yellow marbles in Toby's bag is equal yo 2:3. What percent of the marbles are green marbles?

all together is 5

2:5 from green to all (3:5 to yellow to all)

5 goes into 100 20 times

soo 2 x 20= 40(3 x 20=60 so if you add them together they equal 100)

soo take the 40 and turn it into a percent which is 40% out of 100%
