You can start eating more protein!!! The most important thing when getting into fitness is your diet. Do NOT get all obsessive it can lead to eating disorders. Don’t over do it. It will take time and patience. If you do it quick it won’t last. You can eat things like beans, chicken, shakes, quinoa, nut butter for protein. Be sure to include healthy fats, carbs, veggies too. Also carbs aren’t bad at all they give you energy. All foods are good for you in moderation. Don’t have cheat meals. If you want something more “unhealthy” then eat it! It will be there tomorrow don’t resist cause that will cause binge eating disorders.

you have to eat the right foods and exercise according to how "big and strong" you want to get. I would suggest starting off slow and easy so your muscles get used sudden activity, therefore you wont get injured. Then you can move on to actually practicibng with weights
