There are a couple of things you need to understand before this makes sense. First of all, if these 2 triangles are congruent to each other, each corresponding side and angle have the exact same measure. Also, pay close attention to the triangle congruency statement. If the first angle mentioned in the first triangle is angle E, and the first angle mentioned in the second triangle is angle K, then E and K have the exact same measure. The same goes for angle f and angle L; likewise for angle G and angle M. The next super-important-you-HAVE-to-know-this-about-triangle thing is the Triangle Angle-Sum Theorem which says that all the angles of a triangle add up to equal 180 degrees.

We are given that angle E is 60 and angle F (an angle in the same triangle as E) is 35. That means that angle G has to be 180 - 60 - 35 which is 85. Angle G is congruent to angle M, so angle M also measures 85. Second choice down.
