Explain how your fluid balance is maintained even when you

exerciseand lose fluids by sweating.

Answer:

When we engage in physical exercises and we sweat the body tries to return to its optimal temperature, as sweat evaporates from the skin, heat is removed from the body, but the body also loses body fluids, therefore one needs to take lot of fluids during exercise as this will help replace the fluid that is lost during sweat.
