In both the paragraphs, the problem of inequality, injustice has been talked about, that how people of one community ill treat the people of the other community.

Step-by-step explanation:

In paragraph 1, the author talks about the ill treatment that employers and the owners of the big companies do with the employees who are working in their company. Injustice is done to them. The employers who had the motive of earning profits treated the employees badly.

In the second paragraph also, the injustice done to the people who were the inhabitants of the Cherokee. They were forced to move from their own land because of the white people who wanted to settle down there and wanted to extract the gold found from that land.
