Dimensions of enlargement is height is 16 inch and width is 12 inch.

Explanation:

A picture has a height that is 4 / 3 its width.

Let h be the height and w be the width.

Given that

h=(4)/(3)w

Area of picture is given by 192 inch²

A = 192 inch²

h x w = 192

(4)/(3)w* w=192\\\\(4)/(3)w^2=192\\\\w^2=144\\\\w=12inch\\\\h=(4)/(3)* 12\\\\h=16inch

Dimensions of enlargement is height is 16 inch and width is 12 inch.
