Answer: The height of the cylindrical can is 2.21 cm

Explanation:

The equation used to calculate the volume of cylinder is:

V=\pi r^2h

where,

V = volume of right cylindrical can =
1L=1000cm^3 (Conversion factor:
1L=1000cm^3 )

r = radius of the can = 12 cm

h = height of the can = ?

Putting values in above equation, we get:

1000cm^3=(3.14)* (12)^2* h\\\\h=(1000)/(3.14* 12* 12)=2.21cm

Hence, the height of the cylindrical can is 2.21 cm
