According to the geneva convention, 4.31 Incendiary weapons include any weapon or munition which is designed to set fire to objects or to cause burn injury to humans through the action of flame, heat or a combination of the two caused by a chemical reaction of a substance delivered on a target is illegal. So would the use of high-explosive incendiary/armor-piercing ammunition be illegal in war?

Answer:No it would not

Explanation:Because in many cases militaries have used armor piercing rounds for bullet proof cars and incendiary ammo for buildings with weak structure it might be illegal for other cases but in war there is no limitation on power of arms unless if there general says other wise.
