0.6, 60%,and 3/5 I'm pretty sure.

Explanation:

If you convert them all into a percent, (or fraction/decimal whichever is easiest.) you can see that they all add up to be worth 60%. (or if you did fractions: 3/5. Or decimal: 0.6/0.60)
