Let us assume , the total number of rows of chairs = m

Now, The total chairs in the conference room

= The number of rows x The chairs in each row

= 24 x (m) = 24 m

Also, the TOTAL CHAIRS = TOTAL GUEST EXPECTED

24 m = 432

or, m = 432 / 24 = 18

or, m = 18

Hence, the number of rows needed to provide seating for all of the teachers is 18.
