divide both sides by -15.....and remember, in an inequality, if u divide by a negative number, u have to switch the sign around

x < = -2/-15

x < = 2/15 <=== (thats less then or equal)

I dont know why the answer choices dont match....dont know where they got 10 from. U sure u wrote the question correctly ?
